A weekly Saturday-afternoon all-ages roller-skating session at Church of 8 Wheels, a former church in the Fillmore/Lower Haight converted into a retro roller rink. The 3:00-5:00 PM Family Session is distinct from the venue's separate 18+ Saturday-evening and 21+ Sunday-evening sessions. Skate rentals available on-site; skate lessons also offered separately on Saturday mornings.
Good to know
- Price sources conflicted somewhat ($10 adult/$5 child + $5 rental vs. $15 ages 13+/$10 ages 12-under + $5 rental) -- encoded as '$' as a reasonable middle tier; worth a direct-fetch spot-check for the exact current figure.
- Flag for a future sweep: an SF Chronicle Datebook piece surfaced suggesting this venue may be at redevelopment risk -- worth a freshness re-check next sweep.
