- Currently open: a playground, new public restroom, two public piers and a floating dock, a food pavilion, a makers'/boat-building shop, and an ADA-compliant walkway from Innes Ave down to the Bay Trail and waterfront.
- The adjacent, older India Basin Shoreline Park section (with its existing playground) is under renovation through ~early 2028 -- that phase adds a renovated playground plus a new dedicated toddler playground. The Bay Trail between 900 Innes and the PG&E shoreline is closed during construction.
